About Us

A statue of a deer in front of the Elks Lodge.

The Point Pleasant Beach Elks Lodge sits on Arnold Avenue just a few blocks from the Atlantic, and the people who walk through that door know exactly what they're coming for: a real community, not a curated one. Members and guests consistently mention the same thing after events here, that the food is plentiful and the crowd is genuinely good company. That kind of reputation doesn't happen by accident.

The Lodge hall is a proper-sized space, well suited for private parties, fraternal gatherings, and the kind of charity fundraisers the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks has been running across America for generations. The BPOE has donated billions to veterans, youth programs, and local communities, and this lodge carries that mission down to the Shore.

If you're an Elks member traveling through Point Pleasant Beach, you're always welcome to visit. And if you're a local who has never stepped inside, this is what a membership organization is supposed to feel like: neighbors looking out for neighbors, a well-stocked bar, and a calendar full of reasons to show up.

What We Offer

The Lodge hosts a rotating schedule of member events, private hall rentals, and community fundraisers throughout the year. The hall accommodates parties of a meaningful size, making it a practical choice for milestone celebrations, club gatherings, and organizational meetings that need more room than a restaurant back room can offer.

Charitable programs are central to everything here. From scholarship funds for local students to veterans' support initiatives, dues and event proceeds flow back into the community in tangible ways. The Elks National Foundation matches that local effort with national resources.

The bar and kitchen round out the experience on ordinary nights, giving members a place to unwind after work, catch a game, and catch up with people they actually know. Lodge membership opens the door to all of it, including reciprocal visiting privileges at Elks Lodges across the country whenever you're on the road.

"As long time Elks members we visited this Lodge and found it to be less than friendly. Our bartender barely spoke with us and just wanted to hang out with the “regulars “. As we were about to leave, after almost an hour, some lodge members came to the lounge and were nicer, possibly lodge officers. We have been to lodges all over the country and have never felt less welcome than by this bartender and the members that were there."

"They were kind enough to host a Santa visit for kids with special needs, which our twins with challenges greatly appreciated! Everyone was very nice and helpful; even gave the kids amazing goodie bags. This was a big deal for our 5 year olds, so again thank you thank you thank you!"
— Ryan Suhoskey

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
